C.L.A.S.S.

C.L.A.S.S. is an acronym for Christian Life And Service Seminars.  These Seminars were first developed by Rick Warren, founding Pastor of Saddleback Community Church in Orange County, CA . Rick started Saddleback with his Purpose Driven philosophy brilliantly articulated in his book, "The Purpose Driven Church."  For anyone wanting to help grow a church, this is a MUST READ.  It is so full of important and critical elements for building a healthy church that it literally takes years to implement the elements described, yet it is fundamental to building a balanced, healthy, church that grows.

God causes the church to grow, just as He does corn in a farmer's field.  However, a foolish farmer leaves his crop totally up to "chance" and takes no responsibility for plowing, fertilizing, weeding or watering the field. Anyone recognises how foolish that farmer would be.
